Live Training
We are pleased to announce that we now provide live training sessions to our clients right from the comfort of your home or office. First hour is free. Each additional hour is billed at a rate of $35.00 per hour (minimum charge of one hour applies)

All training is over a secure connection through Adobe

Trainging can be purchased by non clients for $45.00 per hour and we will start with the basics teach you how to install joomla,tech you how to create pages and menu systems and more

2CheckOut
We are pleased to announce that we now use 2 CheckOut for payment processing. By using 2 CO we can offer our clients more payment option from one location. (2 checkout is an authorized reseller for servicesdonecheap.com)

Website Revisions
All clients are now required to submit all website revisions through our new support ticket system. All versions above the stated contract agreement will be billed at an hourly rate. Submitting revisions by email and not our ticket system will be ignored and not completed.

Payments/purchases
All payments and purchases are now required to be paid through our website. By using our payment system you will have access to your invoices for 5 years and all trans actions are recorded and emailed to the client and to Services Done Cheap accounting department. Each invoice will have its own invoice number.

Collected Information
We only collect basic contact information. We use Google CheckOut and PayPal for processing financial information.
